HISTORY
- A 59 year old gentleman with no other history except lymphoma presented with stroke
- The baseline trans-thoracic echocardiogram was normal
- A Trans-oesophageal echocardiogram was performed.

- The rest of the study was normal
- This shows a thrombus peeking into the left atrium from the right upper pulmonary vein
- Patient was treated with NOAC
- No further episodes of stroke occurred
