Ingredients
1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
1/2 cup curly kale, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup almond milk (or oat milk) 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until smooth.
Add more milk to adjust consistency if needed. Serve immediately.
